To ensure that every student who comes to the student ministry gets connected and feels wanted. A connector needs to be friendly, outgoing, and able to carryon a conversation. It is the role of a connector to show students around the building, sit with them during the service, and introduce them to other students.

If you enjoy sound, video, and lighting then the Production Ministry is for you. This ministry plays a huge role in the success of the services, events, and online audio/video content.
We exist to equip and train students to be proficient in sound, video, and lighting production for the Student Ministry, while developing a skill that can benefit them for a lifetime.
Students involved in this ministry will have the opportunity to learn and run sound, lighting, and video for the weekend services. Additionally students can learn to shoot, edit, and deliver quality video content for use on the web and for services and events.
Students who get involved in this ministry are expected to regularly attend training sessions and arrive on time when schedule to work. Being on time is vital to the success of this ministry and to ensure a quality service or event.
The CQ Productions Team consists of several different aspects of production:
Tech/sound-your role is to pull off a great program by working behind the scenes during the weekend service as you help run the audio and video presentations.
Video-help produce videos for special events and our weekly times together through working behind the camera or in the editing room. From filming some of our own dramas, interviews on location, or just catching our ministry in action, this group will film, direct, and produce our videos.
Photography -lf you love Kodak moments then this ministry is for you.
Photography ministry exists to utilize students with a passion for photography to show the energy of The Student Ministry through the camera lens.
DRAMA TEAM
The purpose of the Drama Team is to use drama in different areas of ministry to enhance the overall Christ experience to those who are attending.
This ministry is for students who like being in front of people, can memorize lines fairly quickly, and enjoy performing. No acting experience is necessary, but it definitely helps. We also will need students to help write funny skits, serious heartfelt drama, and everything in between. So if you are creative and love to write then this team is for you.
PRAYER & ENCOURAGEMENT TEAM
The prayer and encouragement team exist to offer encouragement to students. The team will pray for the request of students on a regular basis and will send encouraging notes and e-mails. They will also take recent visitors a free gift from the student ministry.
GIRLS MINISTRY TEAM
Girls just wont to have fun ... and we wont to have fun with you. The girl's ministry is centered on girl relationships with God and with others. The goal of the ministry is to equip girls to be confident in who they are, in Christ. This is done through Bible study, discipleship, fellowship, and ministry. It will focus on issues relating to girls and their unique needs. Sorry boys, this is only for girls.
PRAISE & WORSHIP TEAM
It is our desire that our students have the opportunity to lift up their hearts to the Lord on a weekly basis. The Praise & Worship Team’s job is to usher the group into the presence of God through music and through singing. If you are passionate about music and passionate about God then this is the team for you.
